Title: Mushroom Starter Salads

Yield: 4 Servings

1tbMustard powder;
3tbVegetable oil;
1 1/2tbWine vinegar;
1 1/2tbParsley; chopped finely
1 1/2tbChives; chopped
1tsCastor sugar;
12ozMushrooms; thinly sliced

Whisk together mustard, oil, vinegar, parsley, chives & sugar. Add mushrooms & toss. Cover & refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours. Spoon into dishes & serve.
